STAGE 01 · WEBSITES

Websites Engineered for Measured Revenue

ORIEL DIGITAL

What we build

Three disciplines, one engagement team. Each service ships with a number the board can read, and every sprint is reported against it.

Websites

Sites that measure themselves, built under a performance budget and instrumented for conversion from the first sprint.

  • Design system and component library
  • Headless CMS with editorial workflows
  • Performance budget enforced in CI
  • Conversion instrumentation on every template
Outcome

Every template ships under 1.2 s LCP and reports its own conversion.

Search

Organic growth run as a programme, with content, technical work and attribution owned by the same people.

  • Technical SEO and crawl architecture
  • Content clusters written to a brief and refreshed on signal
  • Digital PR for links that move rankings
  • Rank and revenue attribution per cluster
Outcome

Organic revenue reported against a quarterly hypothesis, not traffic charts.

Software

Products built for the second month of use, with retention and stability on the report instead of launch screenshots.

  • Native iOS and Android
  • Web applications and customer portals
  • Internal tools that replace spreadsheets
  • Integrations with payments, CRM and data platforms
Outcome

Retention and crash-free rate on the board report, not launch-day screenshots.

How an engagement runs

Four stages, repeated every sprint. The order is the method: nothing is built before a number has been agreed.

  1. 01

    Diagnose

    2 weeks

Analytics, search, codebase and funnel audit. We read the data you already have before adding more.

Output: a ranked list of revenue hypotheses.

  2. 02

    Commit

    1 week

One hypothesis, one number, one sprint plan. The board signs it before the first ticket is opened.

Output: a signed sprint plan with a target.

  3. 03

    Build

    2-week sprints

Shipped to production every sprint. Performance and quality gates run in CI, not in a review meeting.

    Output: working software in production.

  4. 04

    Audit

    End of every sprint

The number is measured against the hypothesis. The decision is continue, pivot or stop, in writing.

Output: a one-page audit the board can read.

We stop work that does not move the number.

Questions we get before the audit

Short answers. The long ones come with the data.

How long until we see results?

Search: one to two quarters, with leading indicators in the first sprint. Websites: the first sprint, because the first release ships to production. Software: the first release, measured on retention rather than downloads.

Do you work with our in-house team?

Yes, as one combined team. We own the number, your people own the product, and the audit is written for both.

What do you need from us?

A decision maker in the sprint review, access to analytics and code, and a willingness to stop work that does not move the number.

Where are you based?

Copenhagen, working across the Nordics and the UK. The team is remote-first and meets clients in person at the commit stage and at quarterly reviews.

What happens if the hypothesis is wrong?

We say so in the audit and re-plan. You never pay to continue work that does not move the number.

Start with the audit.

Two weeks, a fixed fee, and a ranked list of what would move your revenue. Then you decide whether to continue.
